The quilts in this series are all made from clothes and bedding left curbside after an eviction – each quilt representing a single eviction. The green medallion at the center of this quilt is made from a woman’s dress and one strip of a man’s dress shirt. 68" x 86"

This is a night club just a couple of blocks from the eviction that resulted in the previous quilt and the inspiration for its design.

James Matthews' Eviction Quilt #3 (Green Medallion) earned an honorable mention in the 60th Annual Delta Exhibition.

This quilt is made primarily from women's professional clothes and nurses scrubs. The centers of the squares are from a pair of men's swim trunks. The leopard print was a pillow case. 85" x 90"
